Kids Ministry Leader

• Lead and oversee all aspects of the Kids Ministry, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and spiritually enriching experience for children.

• Recruit, train, and develop a dynamic team of volunteer leaders for various roles within the ministry.

• Plan and implement Sunday programs that align with the mission and vision of Redemption Boise.

• Work alongside the church leadership to strategize and support outreach events, fostering relationships with children and families in the community.

• Collaborate with the staff team in weekly meetings to align ministry goals with overall church initiatives.

• Help lead the annual Made For This Sports and Arts Camp, partnering with team members to provide a transformative experience for kids each summer.

• Foster a culture of discipleship, engaging parents in their children’s spiritual development and encouraging a strong connection between families and the church.

• A personal and growing relationship with Jesus Christ.

• Experience in kids ministry, leadership, or teaching environments.

• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire volunteers.

• A heart for mission, evangelism, and outreach to children and families.

• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment, while also taking initiative in leading ministry efforts.

• Theological training, bachelors in related field preferred.
